Master Kanazawa Seminars in Apple Valley

Master Hirokazu Kanazawa Seminar

On Thursday June 24, 2010, Master Hirokazu Kanazawa will visit Apple Valley to teach an evening of seminars together with his son, Sensei Nobuaki Kanazawa.

Master Kanazawa really needs little introduction as he is probably the most famous Shotokan master in the world today. He holds the highest rank in karate, the 10th degree black belt and he is the President and Chief Instructor of the Shotokan Karate International Federation. In May he will turn 79 years old and yet he still continues to travel the world to visit the many member dojo in his organization.

I highly encourage you to take advantage of this chance to train with this great karate master and learn true and authentic Shotokan karate at its highest level.

For this evening of seminars Master Kanazawa will be accompanied by his eldest son, Sensei Nobuaki Kanazawa, 6th degree black belt. Sensei Nobuaki is a former All-Japan Champion on numerous occasions and has also served as the SKIF Japan National Team Coach. He has beautiful karate technique and is an outstanding instructor.

Seminar descriptions

There will be two separate seminars held on June 24th. The information is as follows:

5:15—6:15pm (60 mins) Beginner and Intermediate students (this class is targeted at the beginner through purple belt ranks and is open to both juniors and adults)

6:30—8:00pm (90 mins) Advanced students (this class is for brown and black belt students and is open to both juniors and adults)

Registration and pricing

There are two ways to sign up for these seminars, one is by pre-registration and the second is at the door on the day of the event.

Pre-registration opens on Monday April 19 and closes on Saturday June 19. There are discounts on the seminar fees if you sign-up by pre-registration.
