The Shotokan Karate International Federation (SKIF) was founded in 1977 by Master Hirokazu Kanazawa, now 10th degree black belt. SKIF has since grown rapidly and now has over 2 million members worldwide in over 100 different countries. Seishin Shotokan Karate is an official member dojo of SKIF and our chief instructor, Paul Walker, is an officially licensed instructor, examiner and referee within the SKIF organization.
